Own rental machines.
Earn the rent. We run them.
Boom lifts, man-lifters and cranes working on India’s construction sites, owned by investors like you and operated end-to-end by Acube. You see every bill, every expense and every payment, every month.
Rental income from a business you’d never enter on your own
India is in a heavy construction boom. Access equipment and cranes are in strong demand, but they are expensive to buy, technical to operate and need a team on the road to keep them earning. It is a niche most people would never enter alone.
The concept is simple: you invest in machines at an amount and time-commitment that suits you, and earn rental income from them. Acube finds the work, deploys the machine, runs it, bills the client and collects. You own the earning asset; we do the running.
A necessity that became a win-win
Rental is capital-intensive, and in the early days bank loans were hard to get for a young business. Friends and family had savings, were looking for new avenues, and offered to put money into machines.
So we built the model: the investor owns the machine, Acube runs it for a management fee on the gross income, and the rest is paid to the owner every month. It began as a necessity. Everyone stayed, and it grew. Today up to a hundred machines have run under this model.
Six things you get
Rental income
Income begins once the machine is bought, deployed and the client’s credit period clears, generally 2 to 4 months in. It is consistent, not fixed: it moves with the client and the credit cycle. And Acube’s fee is not fixed either: if a client never pays a bill, the fee taken on that bill comes back to you.
A real, insured asset
The machine is registered and insured in your company’s name from day one. GST on the purchase is your company’s input credit. It is your asset on your books, managed by Acube under a written agreement.
Nothing to run
Operators, transport, servicing, documents, client follow-up and collections are Acube’s job. Your time-commitment is reading a monthly statement.
Whole machines
You invest machine by machine — one or more, never a fraction. A machine can be sold to another investor, to the market or back to Acube at any time, without disturbing the rest.
Consistency
Compared with most business investments, rental income is steadier: many clients, many sites, and a manager whose fee depends on the fleet earning.
Tax and GST
Depreciation on an owned machine can be set against income, and the GST paid on purchase comes back to you as credit. Your accountant can confirm what applies to you.
Not a replacement. The complement.
Real estate gives you capital appreciation with a low rental yield. Machinery gives you a high rental return on an asset that depreciates. Both belong in a portfolio; machinery is the income side.

People who want income from a real business, without running one
Investments start at ₹50 lakh. Each machine is bought and registered in your company’s name; Acube runs it for you.
Owner-managed companies
Companies with surplus funds that want a machine on their own books, earning rental income, with Acube doing the running.
Business owners and family offices
Capital that is idle or in low-yield instruments, put to work in an asset you can see and insure.
Real-estate investors
You already hold appreciation. This adds the rental-income side, in a unit you can buy in minutes.
Companies and institutions
Whole machines in the company’s name, with the GST credit and depreciation on the company’s books.
First-time alternative investors
A signed agreement, a monthly statement and a manager you can call. Start with one machine and grow.
Anyone who prefers to see the asset
Every machine has a number, a location and a client. You can visit it.
Four steps
Choose your machines
Pick one machine or several. We show projected returns, current machines and their history before you decide.
Sign the agreement
A written agreement sets out the machines, the management fee, payouts, GST and exit terms. Funds are transferred only after signing.
We deploy and run
Acube buys, registers, insures, transports and staffs the machine, finds the client and bills them. Income starts as the first credit period clears.
You see everything monthly
Statement, dashboard and payout. Every bill, expense and receipt against your machine, with your income worked out line by line.
Your dashboard, not a summary
Aggregate on top, then each machine: invested, net income, paid to you, balance with clients, and a bill-by-bill calculation you can trace to the invoice.

A long-term position with a clear exit
- You own the machine and can sell it whenever you choose.
- Acube first offers it to existing investors, then to the market; Acube may itself buy it at a negotiated price. No buy-back is guaranteed.
- A machine on hire is sold with its contract or at the end of it, so allow up to six months for a sale to complete.
- This is a long-term investment: rental income builds over time and an early sale can mean a loss. The longer you stay invested, the higher the return.
Three real risks
Occupancy and rates
A machine can sit idle between jobs, and rental rates move with demand. Income is consistent, not guaranteed.
Breakdowns and insurance
Repairs cost money and time. Machines are insured; wear and tear is not, and it is charged against the machine’s income.
Client credit
Clients pay on credit periods and sometimes late. Your income on a bill is paid when the client pays it, and the pending balance is always visible.
